All applications are reviewed on a first-completed-first-served basis. We verify income, employment, rental history, credit conditions, background, and eviction history. We follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and will not disqualify any applicant based on age, familial status, disability, race or color, religion, national origin, source of income, sex, or gender identity.

How do you handle maintenance and repairs?

We coordinate all maintenance services with no upcharge to the owner. Owners pay the invoice amount only for services from plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, and other professional services.

Do you handle evictions?
